Pinnacle gages and fixtures are designed and created through a series of custom processes starting with a thorough review of the customer’s job request, including specifications and special requirements, and concluding with final testing and delivery of your custom-built product.

The quote process begins with Pinnacle-proprietary software which establishes the price for basic gage units by comparing similar units over a five-year history.  Each component in the quote has labor, material and schedule time associated with a corresponding feature code.  Once each component of a gage has been identified in the quote, the Job System sums up the labor and material then compares the time required to make the gage against current work in progress to determine a delivery schedule.
