Once a project is awarded, the job is scheduled and the design process is initiated.  Our design department receives a job kickoff letter, which is a copy of the quote content, to ensure the design matches the quote.  Designs are then prioritized by an automatic scheduling queue according to their due dates.

Our basic design processes include: concept; part draw/verify part data; 3D model; 3D model check; assembly sheet creation and AutoDetail ^TM.

AutoDetail^TM separates individual components from the 3D solid model and creates dimensioned detail drawings and CNC code to square materials, machine hole patterns, and inscribe text on details.

The AutoDetail^TM function also sends detailed information to a working bill of materials which determines the route of each detail through the machining processes.

Our design team utilizes state-of-the-art design technology with “Intelligent Geometry”.  This makes it easier for your projects to be updated if engineering changes are required in the future.
