Our experienced build department operates in a production/assembly line method to manufacture details for gages.
Starting with a rough cut from quality materials including aluminum, steel, and fixture plank, each component makes its way through a series of finishing
steps before the first hole is machined or the first pin is inserted.
Each process in the build department has a queue. Each queue has a list of details to have a specific machining process accomplished on it in order of
job due date.
Pinnacle uses HAAS and Cincinnati Milacron CNC machines to build most details.
All details are designed and built using dowel hole construction methods which make allowances for machine screw and dowel hole locations at the detail
level. This reduces the assembly time for each gage and greatly enhances accuracy, reliability and performance.
